Our first open practice in 2016

On monday the 25th of January OSI Ultimate arranged the first of two open and completely free practices. We got visits from a whole lot of people showing interest in Ultimate Frisbee, both experienced and unexperienced, from all around the world.
We started out with a name-round and some random social talk before the coaches had their way with us in warm-up and drills. The last 50 minutes were used to play many short games so that everyone got to take part in the fun.
The second open practice is taking place already next week, so if you're interested in getting your hands on a frisbee and take part in this fun, fast-paced and strategical sport, this is your chance! Show up at Blindern Athletica, Monday the 1st of February, 20:30 - 22:00.
